1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RankFBA website, audits, generated outputs, and paid subscription features.

By accessing or using RankFBA, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

RankFBA is a software service that helps Amazon FBA sellers audit listings, identify SEO opportunities, and generate optimization suggestions and copy.

We may add, remove, or change features over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or in every market.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

• You must provide accurate information when signing up, requesting support, or purchasing a subscription.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account or email identity used with the service.
• You may not use RankFBA to violate Amazon policies, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape data unlawfully, interfere with the service, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid access is offered on a recurring subscription basis. RankFBA Starter is currently priced at $29 per month unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable recurring fees, taxes, and any amounts due for your selected plan.

You may cancel at any time, and your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, unused time, unused audit capacity, or downgrades that take effect after a billing cycle has started.

6. Intellectual Property and Outputs

RankFBA and its website, software, branding, and underlying technology remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You retain rights to the listing materials and business data you submit. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the outputs generated for your internal business purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any optimization suggestions or generated copy before publishing them on Amazon or elsewhere.

7. Disclaimers

RankFBA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every Amazon category, and we do not guarantee ranking improvements, sales results, policy compliance, or business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankFBA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to RankFBA in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankFBA from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence applies.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
